Sam Payne is a playwright, author, songwriter, and actor whose work has taken him to stages from the Kennedy Center in the nation’s capitol to the jazz clubs of Tokyo, Japan. As a writer, his credits include extensive work for educational publications, including a long tenure as the lead writer for Studies Weekly, with a readership of hundreds of thousands of elementary school students and their teachers nationwide. Payne’s writing has also included work for the Glenn Beck Program, for film projects, and for live stage works. His growing catalog of original albums (as well as his live performances as a songwriter), has established him as a perennial staple for audiences throughout the Intermountain West.
